Signature is designed for birth filmmakers who want a deeply immersive apprenticeship experience. It suits storytellers ready to refine their craft, strengthen their artistic voice, and create documentary birth films with intention, depth, and emotional connection.

That’s completely normal. Foundations supports photographers stepping into filmmaking, Advanced focuses on storytelling and editing refinement, and Signature offers the complete apprenticeship pathway with foundations, mentorship, and ongoing creative support. Many storytellers begin with the pathway that feels most aligned with where they are now.

You receive ongoing access to the Signature course content, community chats, announcements and private members group plus 12 months access to group mentorship and resource library

Signature includes community chat, announcements, and access to community events such as live orientations and the film festival. Group mentorship runs over 12 months, including nine months of twice-monthly calls, January and July live orientations, the September film festival, and a break in December.

Yes, Maybe we’re a bit story crazed, but our whole course tells a story! It has a beginning a middle and an end and walks you through pre-production, production and post production. In the last third of the course we cover the all the basics of editing, sound design and colour grading that you would need to effectively create a birth film (hands up anyone who struggles with picking music?? We are going to do a whole hour on this in one of our upcoming live sessions!).

To add to this if you snag an Elevate membership you also receive 2hrs worth of one on one mentoring with us that you can use HOWEVER you want, got questions about things we haven’t covered in the course? It’s hands down the storytelling project. EVERY step of the course walks you through your very own storytelling project - this is not a high pressure thing, this is a chance for you to stretch your creative wings, make mistakes and try new things. If you follow the course chronologically you will be guided through the beautiful process of creating your own production while solidifying what you’ve been learning by putting it into practice.

The Elevate bundle has been our most popular membership for good reason. It’s the most hands on for us and we get to track your progress closely, so selfishly we love this membership and highly recommend it because we know first hand how much focus it takes to complete a course and the Elevate membership gives us the freedom to doula you through the process! However, the Plus membership still gives you access to the monthly live sessions so it gives you a chance to check in with us face to face once a month and verbalise any roadblocks you might be encountering and simply just to synergise with other like minded creatives! Our Core membership is for people who know they’re self motivated and will be able to work through the course without the accountability that the Plus and Elevate bundles provide. The Core membership still gives you access to our Facebook community and chat group though (also included in Plus and Elevate), so you still have access to all the extra tips, tricks and tuts we post on there including camera specific YouTube tuts that augment our settings section of the course and any discussions we have around the course content or real world scenarios you guys might be encountering!
